The worker’s settlement has arisen in 1956 on border of Bashkiria and Verhneuralsky area of the Chelyabinsk Region.
It had in the beginning another name – of the XIX th Party Congress,
Only in 1963 the settlement of miners was renamed in Meshozernyy (it is between the lakes Chebache, Rotten and Karagajsky) and named the settlement of city type.
Every summer a lot of tourists come to the lake Chebachye.
We like to rest near the lake Сhebachye.
Meshozernyy is rather a young settlement..
About twenty five-floor houses unique in Verhneuralsky area have been constructed in Mezhozernyy.
There are two comprehensive schools and children's school of arts in my settlement . Now the settlement extends for the account of construction of private houses in its east part of Mezhozernyy.
The center of Mezhozernyy is Lenin square
The Monument to pioneers and builders of Meshozyornyy is there.
Today Meshozerers work basically in the career “Molodezhnyy” and in the underground Mine “Uzelginsky”
Our children’s hockey team “Miner” won many games.
