They are very sad.

1 pupil: Oh, dear! And I’ve lost a game.
2 pupil: Too bad! I don’t know what to do.
1 pupil: Who can help us?
Scene two
A strange woman is coming in.
A woman: Good morning, boys.
The boys: Who are you?
A woman: My name is Fairy-work. I like working. You look so upset. I’m sorry for you. I’ll help you.
1 pupil: Really?
2 pupil: Wow!
Fairy-work: I’ll tell you my secret. It’ll help you.
(Fairy - work is whispering something in their ears)

(She is going out)
After that the boys changed very much. They became serious and hardworking. The first boy did his homework. The second boy trained very hard.
Two weeks later. The boys are meeting again. They look happy.

1 pupil: What’s the news?
2 pupil: I’ve got a “5” in Maths.
1 pupil: Congratulations! You know I’ve won the football competition.
2 pupil: Fantastic!
1 pupil: Yes! The Fairy – work’s secret has helped us. I think it’ll help everybody.
2 pupil: Sure! Have you got any problems? Listen to me. Here is our secret.
The boys together: A cat in gloves catches no mice.

A collage Past, Present and Future of our Village
Past
Many years ago our village was small. There was a small club, a small school. Few people lived here. People rode on horses or went on foot. The river was large and the water was clean. There were a lot of fish. People gathered a lot of berries in the forest.
Present
Now our village is larger than one in the past. We have a
large school, some shops, a club, a library. The streets are large. But they are not clean. People drive cars.
Future
We are building new areas in which to work, live, play. We are going to build a stadium, a swimming pool, a computer center. There will be theatres, museums, cafes. People will go to charming parks and enjoy rare flowers. Our river will be clean. We’ll swim there. Our village will be exciting place.
